We’ve all seen too much school violence. But under a loophole in California law, people who make threats on social media directed at a school as a whole, as opposed to a specific individual, cannot be prosecuted. Golden State Communities supports legislation to close this loophole, so that prosecutors can charge anyone who threatens school violence.
